Customer Care and IT Engineer will be a key role for supporting all of Sonexis Technology infrastructure and customers. This position will report to the Vice President of Operations and Customer Care of Sonexis. The Customer Care and IT Engineer will work primarily in a technical support role and will be required to interact closely with our customers.
- Performing remote onsite customer installations and training sessions
- Provide pre-sales technical backup during presentations
- Front line customer care support, answering phone and email inquiries
- Support 24 x 7 on call group rotation
- Maintaining internal and collocation IT infrastructure
