Every user will experience the following benefits throughout:

- Introducing Ad Hoc “Reservations”
- Hybrid VoIP and PSTN/SIP Configuration
- Host Control via Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari
- Fully Revamped Web Conferencing Interface
- New Microsoft Outlook Ribbon Integration - '07, '10, '13 (32 & 64 bit)
- New Operator Console - Full Multi-Conference View/Control
New Microsoft Outlook Ribbon Integration:
The Sonexis Outlook plugin is being replaced in our release 11.0. This is a new implementation of the plugin that supports Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 in either 32 or 64 bit versions. The new Outlook plugin makes better use of the ribbon in Outlook and is much more tightly integrated to the Outlook environment. There are improvements to the work flow here for the users to lessen the amount of steps required to schedule a meeting. Conferences can still be setup ad hoc, or without reservation. Scheduling/reserving a conference is usually for two types of calls. The first is for a recurring call, whether that be daily, weekly or the same time every month. The other reason is for a one-time call where many external participants will be joining, potentially guests for a webinar or potential clients for a demonstration. Regardless of the nature of the call, setup and scheduling is dramatically more simple and intuitive.
Introducing Sonexis Operator Console:
The New Sonexis Operator Console is a tool for any company or organization who wants an additional level of features, functionality and professionalism. As a cost savings measure, instead of outsourcing important operator assisted or managed calls, you can now have someone take on that operator role internally at your company. This new tool allows the administrator to define someone as the go-to operator. Users can now dial *00 during any regular conference who may need help and can now speak to the operator right from their ongoing conference. The operator can then, from their own interface, view that conference, troubleshoot where necessary and even join the conference themselves if deemed appropriate.
Robust Operator Functionality:
- Full Management of Live, Scheduled and Ad hoc Call
- Supporting Multiple Operator Stations
- Ability to Drag and Drop Participants
- Management of Sub-conferences
- Web-based Application
- Multi-conference View
The above is only one example and a basic one at that. For any law firm, financial firm and their respective administrative assistants, this tool will not only add to their capabilities as a call facilitator but also add an extra layer of security as an operator over those important conference calls. This allows for anyone calling in to be screened by the operator and in the event multiple calls are occurring simultaneously, this ensures the new caller will be placed in the appropriate conference room. Likewise, the operator at the host’s request, can privately dialout to a contact to see if they are available at that time to join the call already in progress.
ConferenceManager 11.0 Recap:
Sonexis Customers and Employees are all very excited to experience the new and improved features of 11.0, of which only a handful are highlighted above. Our customer’s overall user experience has been our key motivating factor while developing this next Major Release. Our goal is to reinvent and reimagine the way people think and feel about collaborating in a remote and virtual way. The simple truth to this method of collaborating is cost effectiveness and time savings. We feel confident that these improvements will continue to add value to the users’ experience and the company’s bottom line.
