The Operator Console is a powerful tool used by many industries for the purpose of call management, support and security. It provides a graphical interface through which designated operators or administrators can view and manage active conferences system wide. Those with access to the Operator Console have the ability to screen calls as they come in, enter any active conference to provide support, move attendees between conferences, disconnect unwanted connections, and much more. Using built-in dial pad commands, a conference host can alert the operator of needed assistance simply by dialing *00, triggering a visual and audible alert from the console interface.
