Whether your sharing your screen, a document, or a presentation, application sharing is an extremely useful tool to engage your audience and maximize collaborative efforts.
Screen Sharing - Using the Screen Sharing capability allows a host to visually demonstrate anything from their desktop, painting a clearer picture for participants. From remote training to education, this tool is extremely useful to keep your audience engaged and boost their understanding. Hosts can also share other participant screens and specific applications from their desktop.
Document Sharing - This feature allows hosts to upload documents or presentation slide decks that can be shared and reviewed directly from the Web interface. Rather than sending an attachment to all participants and hoping everyone is following along or that they don't lose their place, hosts can maintain better control of their presentation or discussion with this tool. Additionally, our Whiteboarding capabilities allow annotation on documents, so mark-ups and notes can be made in real-time.
ConferenceManager2 Q&A, Quick Vote, and Poling features are excellent tools to assist in team discussions, allowing participants to easily interact with hosts/moderators.
Q&A - Participant interaction crucial for collaboration, but unsolicited questions or comments can quickly derail an organized agenda. For this reason, Web conferencing includes two tools that help participants ask questions or add comments without interrupting presenters. Using the Q&A tool, participants can type and submit a question to be sent directly to the host, who can either publish the question to open a discussion with the conference, or submit a typed response that will then be visible to all participants. Participants can also use the Raise Hand feature to give the host a visual indication that they would like to speak, allowing the host to address them when there is an appropriate pause.
Quick Vote & Polling - These features allow the host to quickly gather or tally participant responses to specific questions. Similar to the Hand Raise feature, Quick Vote gives a visual indication on the hosts participant list to show whether a participant voted "Yes/Agree/Like" (green thumbs-up) or "No/Disagree.Dislike" (red thumbs-down). The Polling tool lets the host ask multiple choice questions to participants, which can be pre-loaded or created on the fly. Once participants respond, the tallies up the responses in an easy-to-read, comprehensive numbers and percentage summary.
HD Video Integration
The HD Video webcam integration is an add-on feature available through the use of the Web conferencing interface. This feature allows up to 5 webcam video connections per conference and creates a whole new level of personalization to remote collaboration.
