Introducing Sonexis Operator Console
The new Sonexis Operator Console is a tool for any company or organization who wants an additional level of features, functionality and professionalism. As a cost savings measure, instead of outsourcing important operator assisted or managed calls, you can now have someone take on that operator role internally at your organization. This robust application is great for universities who want to provide a simple to use distance learning vehicle, any healthcare facility that wants to increase productivity in their transfer center and any organization with high-touch conference call requirements.
Operator Console for Full Conference Management:
This new tool allows the system administrator to define someone as the go-to internal bridge operator. Conference hosts, users and participants can now dial *00 during any regular conference who may need help and can speak to the operator right from their ongoing conference. The operator can then, from their own interface, view that conference, troubleshoot where necessary and even join the conference themselves if deemed appropriate. This operator assignment is also suitable for any internal IT helpdesk personnel.

Distance Learning Simplified:
Education is another pertinent sector that has seen value in the Operator Console application running on their ConferenceManager™. Several universities have already rolled out the Operator Console to their campuses as a tool for distance education courses. Some of these courses meet entirely in this environment, while others split their semester meeting half in the classroom and the other on the Sonexis platform. Schools offering this as an alternative to meeting in the classroom are very sensitive to the rising costs in education and by holding a platform like ours internally allows for courses to continue to be more flexible in their delivery methods.
