Sonexis ConferenceManager™2 comes fully equipped with many useful and convenient tools, including the Microsoft Outlook integration to help simplify conference scheduling. The tutorial above gives a full overview of its one-click scheduling and other user-friendly functions.
Using "Sonexis" section in the ribbon, users can specify if they want to reserve simply audio or both audio and web seats for their upcoming conference and access advanced settings by clicking the "Meeting Options" button that will appear to the right after selection "Audio" and/or "Web". From the Meeting Options window, users can check port availability, specify if their conference will be recorded, require PINs or a Password, and more. Depending on what type of conference you've scheduled (audio/web), you will see the necessary conference credentials populate in the body of the meeting invitation, including Conference ID, PIN/Password and a web link to access the Sonexis HTML web portal.
To simplify access for participants who will be joining the conference from a mobile device, the credentials automatically populate in the "location" field once the invitation is sent using the Outlook plug-in. When the participant is ready to join the call, they simply click the information in that field to initiate an automatic dial-in to the bridge. Recognizing the credentials provided, the bridge will drop the participant into the conference, eliminating the trouble of entering the Conference ID and PIN from a mobile device.
