MyCall by Sonexis will be offered as a multi-tier platform, allowing you to decide for yourself which platform fits you best. As you grow, so can your platform. Upgrading is simple and will allow you access to additional features and the same reliability that is provided across all levels of service. MyCall is priced to fit any budget and provides discounts based on volume and annual subscriptions.
MyCall - 6 Participants/call
- This is the most basic tier of MyCall. For users who do occasional conferencing in small groups, this platform provides more comprehensive tools than the built-in conferencing feature on your phone and better quality than other subscription-based services. Notable features include: Web access, HD Video, Audio Console, and access to chat with our Customer Care team for troubleshooting.
MyCall Plus - 20 Participants/call
- This tier offers users an affordable and expanded version of MyCall. Allowing for up to 20 participants per call and extended per-call duration of 3 hours. Notable features include: Web access, HD Video, Audio Console, and access to chat with our Customer Care team for troubleshooting.
MyCall Pro - 50 Participants/call
- This tier of MyCall offers a small, fixed per-month fee based on user accounts. For users in need of larger per-call capacity (maximum 50 participants per call) and advanced features and functionality. Notable features include: Dial-out capabilities, Call recording, Outlook integration, Toll-free options, and Live Help Desk Support.
MyCall Enterprise - 100+ Participants/call
- The final tier of MyCall, as stated in the name, is made primarily for the enterprise user. With capacity for 100+ participants per call and the additional option for a dedicated server, this platform has all the features you need and more. Notable features include: Custom branding and hold music, Active Directory, Customer greeting, and Unlimited call duration.
