This week, we're excited to share a detailed preview of several of our most comprehensive features of the ConferenceManager. The Sonexis Operator Console has long helped assist administrators to manage and troubleshoot conferences in real time, among many other functions and applications. Keep reading for highlights of the many updates coming to your Operator Console!
Easy Access to Recent Participants and Conferences
The Operator Console now allows the user to easily access the last 10 unique callers they dialed out to and conference labels used. The numbers and labels are specific to each individual Operator station and are saved between login sessions. The dial out list displays the participants name and number, as seen below!

Caller Time Display and Hold Alerts
When participants dial *00, they are entered into a queue for operator assistance. To assist the operator in keeping tabs on the queue, audible and visual alerts have been added to indicate how long a caller has been on hold and the priority of their assistance. If a caller has been on hold for 120 seconds, the operator will hear an alert as well as see a red exclamation mark next to that caller's line. Additionally, if there are multiple callers in the queue the Operator Console will prioritize them for the operator using color indicators so the operator can easily identify which participant has been waiting the longest, as well as a caller timer display to the right.
**Participants now have the ability to cancel their *00 request assistance alert by entering *00 a second time.
