Automated Report Delivery
Sonexis ConferenceManager v12.0 offers many advanced features meant to help simplify your conferencing related activities. One way that we've done this is by adding automated options to our report delivery menu. Many customers need access to reporting to track usage, evaluate capacity needs, etc. Additionally, customers utilizing Sonexis' ConferenceBurst feature must remember to send monthly reports that measure the number of extra ports and associated minutes used during that month. Using automated reporting Sys Admins can specify which reports get sent to their necessary recipients on a monthly basis. Once this setting is made, the system will automatically send the previous months report to the specified person(s).

Enhancements have been made here to streamline the process of creating accounts and conferences for delegates. The ability to quickly create a conference has been added. If the delegate’s COS does not have “Delegation Account Add/Edit” set to ‘Yes’ then the account functions are not visible. The new account is an exact copy of the delegate’s account with the exception of the Conference ID, including PIN, email address and preferences.
