Starting a conference is now easier than ever...
With the Sonexis ConferenceManager2™ customers have the ability to use the dial out feature to reach participants for their scheduled conferences. This functionality helps to simplify conference kick-offs, especially for daily, weekly or monthly meetings. For these reoccurring conferences, the host can easily set the conference bridge to automatically dial out to participants at the start of the conference. With this feature, participants do not have to worry about dialing into the conference and entering complicated passwords or pins, but instead will simply be joined into the call by answering the phone!

The Operator Console is a powerful tool used by many industries for the purpose of call management, support and security. It provides a graphical interface through which designated operators or administrators can view and manage active conferences system wide. Those with access to the Operator Console have the ability to screen calls as they come in, enter any active conference to provide support, move attendees between conferences, disconnect unwanted connections, and much more. Using built-in dial pad commands, a conference host can alert the operator of needed assistance simply by dialing *00, triggering a visual and audible alert from the console interface.
